My Assets
I am restlessly looking for solutions to problems
I believe my growth mindset, quick-wittedness, immense curiosity, desire to master new skills, and urge to provide effective, creative solutions to problems make me a great fit to be your next employee. I am strongly attracted to new learning opportunities and, for this reason, I would thrive by working with a wide range of clients and projects; just the thought of it gives me immense energy and motivation.

Fostering Innovation
In our ever-changing world, I believe it is fundamental to be dynamic and hyper-aware to tackle on new challenges in order to foster growth and improve performance.
Whether through team brainstorming or sitting at home doing research, I am constantly on the hunt for innovations that increase competitive advantage and act as catalysts to increase output given the same input.

Interpersonal Skills
International relations is all about building and maintaining good, fruitful relationships – ultimately between businesses and nations, but starting with individuals and smaller groups.
Whether I'm in a meeting with clients showcasing my work, or helping to communicate the benefits of doing business in Italy to German investors, my person-ability is a key asset.

Strategic Planning
When approaching a task, I always keep the big picture in mind and create a vision.
My guiding question is: Where am I now vs. Where I want to be. To me, it is all about how I get there!
Then, it becomes a matter of following the vision.
The outcome is a high-level integrated strategy that satisfies the demands of my stakeholders, achieves short and long term goals, exploits my strengths and weaknesses, creates new opportunities, and most importantly, gets me where I want to be.

International Experience
Thanks to my rich and diverse cultural upbringing I am very open-minded and responsive to matters of equality and different perspectives. I use my international experience as an asset to remain un-biased when I am learning about how different areas operate.

Research & Analysis
Widely gathering, accurately digesting, meticolously organizing, eloquently presenting, and debating information with an open mind is my specialty.
Strengthened by my academic background in Foreign Policy and Security Studies and a vast amount of personal interests, I have passionately read, written, and debated about a myriad of topics; and I am eager to learn more!

Transforming Ideas Into Actions
As confident of the original thinking style and solutions I bring to the table as I am, I believe the most important part of the innovation process is making your ambitious ideas become reality.
Whether by myself or as part of an organization I strive to align goals and objectives and set the stage for a successful implementation of the ideas.
"In international relations, in foreign policy, a great deal has to do with historical circumstances, a great deal has to do with the sense and perception of people"
